Project summary

The scope of works included a full internal knock-through, open-plan reconfiguration of the existing footprint, bespoke kitchen design built around how the family actually use the room, quartz worktops with a feature island / block island section, designer radiators, LVT flooring run consistently across the open-plan zone, feature and task lighting, and full project coordination from first design conversation to final handover.

The project progressed from the original closed-off kitchen, through structural knock-through and mid-build renovation, to a finished open-plan kitchen, dining and lifestyle space. Real project photography will replace the on-page placeholders.

Why the transformation worked
