Our Design and Installation Process
Every kitchen, fitted bedroom and media wall project we deliver follows the same staged process. The steps below explain what to expect from the first conversation through to project handover.

1. Initial consultation
The process starts with a conversation about what you want from the project. We discuss the room, your priorities, your budget and your timing, and explain the options that fit the brief.
This stage typically happens at the showroom or by phone so you can see finishes and ask questions.
2. Design and planning
Once we understand the brief we produce a detailed design including the layout, door styles, worktops, appliances or electric fire, and any internal storage. The design is reviewed with you and amended as needed before sign-off.
Home visits to measure up are part of this stage where required.
3. Supply
After sign-off we order the cabinetry, worktops, appliances and any electric fire or media wall components. We coordinate lead times so the components arrive in the right order for installation.
4. Installation and handover
Our trade team installs the project, working alongside electricians, plumbers and tilers where required. Once installation is complete we walk through the finished project with you at handover.
